The text by renowned dance teacher Eva Blažíčková explains dance as a unique artistic discipline which, through teaching using the Duncan Method, can develop not only into an independent creative activity, but also positively influence the formation of a person and their relationship to the world. At the same time, she provides a detailed analysis of the differentiated qualities of movement.
